DocketSync Chrome Extension
Download the extension folder, then follow the setup guide to install it in Chrome.
Download DocketSync v3.2.1🔑 Your License Key
Keep this safe. You'll need your firm name and this key to activate the extension.

🔧 Installation — Chrome Extension
Download the Extension
Go to the Download tab and download the DocketSync Chrome Extension folder to your computer. Unzip it if needed.
Open Chrome Extensions
In Chrome, go to chrome://extensions in the address bar.
Enable Developer Mode
Toggle Developer mode ON in the top-right corner of the extensions page.
Load the Extension
Click Load unpacked, then select the DocketSync - Chrome Extension folder you downloaded.
Navigate to the Portal
Go to portal-nc.tylertech.cloud and log in. The DocketSync panel will appear in the top-right corner of the page.
Enter Your License Key
Type your firm name exactly as shown in the Download tab, then paste your license key. Click Activate DocketSync. You're ready to go.
🔄 Updating the Extension
When a new version is available, download the updated folder from the Download tab. Then go to chrome://extensions, find DocketSync, and click the ↺ refresh icon. Your license stays active — no need to re-enter your key.
▶ Running a Verification
Starting a Run
On the Smart Search page (Dashboard/29), the DocketSync panel appears top-right. Enter the court date, paste your case numbers (one per line, format: 25CR009844-630), and click ▶ Start Verification.
What Happens
- DocketSync searches each case automatically
- Navigates to the Register of Actions page
- Scrapes all case details, charges, dispositions, and hearing info
- Returns to Smart Search and repeats for every case
Stopping Mid-Run
Click Stop at any time. DocketSync will auto-generate a partial Excel report with all completed cases so far. You don't lose any work.
📊 Reading the Excel Report
Two Tabs
- DS Today — All cases from today's run, grouped by courtroom, color-coded by disposition
- DS Recheck — Prior active cases from previous runs that DocketSync is tracking
Disposition Color Key
Recheck Tab
Cases with unresolved charges stay in the recheck queue. Changed fields highlight yellow. When all charges are resolved, the case appears as a dark gray [ENDED] row and is removed from future rechecks.
⏱ Session Keepalive
DocketSync automatically pings the portal every 4 minutes to keep your session alive. If the portal still times out, the extension will pause and show a "Session Expired" message. Log back in and navigate back to Smart Search — the run will resume automatically from where it left off.
🛠 Troubleshooting
Panel doesn't appear on the portal
Go to chrome://extensions → find DocketSync → make sure it's toggled ON. Then reload the portal page.
"Invalid license key" error
Make sure your firm name is typed exactly as it was licensed — spelling and spacing matter. If the issue continues, email support@opspilot.io.
Extension gets stuck mid-run
Reload the portal page. Your progress is saved — the run will resume from where it stopped. If you're on the login page, log back in first, then navigate to Smart Search.
Case shows "NOT FOUND ON PORTAL"
The case number wasn't found in the portal search. Double-check the format — it should look like 25CR009844-630.
Excel columns are cut off
Make sure you're on extension version 3.0.0 or later. Reload the extension from chrome://extensions using the ↺ refresh icon.
